Officer Ken Evans is a Fairfield Police Department Chaplin.  He is a 25 year veteran of the agency and serves under the direct supervision of the Support Services Commander. He was appointed as a department Chaplin more than five years ago.  

Officer Evans primary responsibilities ensure the agencies IT functions to its greatest efficiency.  He maintains the network, computers, printers, phones, ECC operations and backup systems for the Police building and vehicles.

Father Allen serves as Executive Assistant to the President at Fairfield University since 1994 and Chaplain to their Alumni Association since 2010. A Boston native, he joined the Society of Jesuits at age 17, traveling to Mexico, Italy, Egypt, France, Spain, England, Ireland, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and other countries before coming to Fairfield University and Fairfield Prep in 1977.  Father Allen is the Fairfield Police Department Chaplin and has served the agency in time of need for the past several years.

Rabbi Arnold Sher serves as the Police Department Rabbi,  he was recently appointed.
