If you feel you have been incorrectly issued a parking ticket by the Fairfield Police Department you may complete this form and submit it to the Fairfield Police Department.  Please provide us with as much information as possible.  The Complaint form must be received at the Fairfield Police Department within 10 days of issuance.  Do not submit the ticket with your appeal.  You will receive a written decision on your complaint.
